Modern Tiny Home Retreat w/ Sauna + Cold Plunges
Welcome to our off-grid tiny home on a 160-acre Indigenous-owned mountain property.
This modern space combines comfort with nature.
Inside you’ll find a lofted king bed with forest views, a lounge, dining area, full kitchen (stove, fridge, dishwasher) and a bathroom with shower/tub and eco-friendly incineration toilet. Despite being off-grid, this home has running water, reliable power, Wi-Fi, a wood stove, and a high-efficiency heater.
When you leave your TinyHome, WiFi will also be available in the community space.
Step outside to your private patio, or relax in our communal wood-fired sauna and cold plunge spa, built with timber from our land. In warmer months, cool off in the seasonal swimming pond with mountain views.
Guests also have access to a shared outdoor space with a gym, full kitchen, barbecue, flat-top grill, dishwasher and plenty of seating
Hike to our private peak for sunrise or sunset views, or stargaze at night. Nearby activities include floating the Kettle River, visiting the Rock Creek Farmers Market, golfing at Kettle Valley, exploring the KVR Rail Trail, wine tasting in the Okanagan, or biking and hiking at Mount Baldy.
Please note: pets are not permitted. We have livestock guardian dogs on-site for guest and animal safety. You may hear them at night as they protect the land.
Road & Parking
The 12 km dirt road is maintained year-round. All cars make it fine, just go slow up the driveway if your car is low.
During winter you MUST drive a vehicle with front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive, have good winter tires or snow tires and feel confident driving on snow-packed roads.
Free parking provided directly next to your Tiny Home. Access the Spa anytime! Walk, hike or bike around the land and explore 160 acres of diverse landscape, and amazing 360 degree views on top of our own private mountain.
Bring warm layers (nights can get cool outside), headlamp/flashlight, insulated mug & water bottle, bathing suit, towel, sandals for the spa and hiking boots if you'd like to explore the mountain trails.
Pack the food you would like to eat for the duration of your stay as the nearest restaurant or grocery store is about a 20 minute drive away. Your TinyHome has a full sized fridge for food storage space and the community area has large shelves, fridges and freezers available for additional food storage.
Charcuterie boards are available by request at an additional cost (no other food provided).
Leave the rush behind and enjoy a peaceful mountain escape.
Please note that we recently had to start a new Business Airbnb account in order to accommodate our business growth - final images show our previous status as a Superhost with this stay being a Guest Favourite and a few reviews.
